HCAA announcement for the 1st period of the PPL/LAPL examination sessions, August 2023

 

The questions Data Base is not publishable.

The exam questions are in Multiple Choice form and only in English.

 

DATES

1. Starting - Ending days of the theoretical knowledge PPL/LAPL examination based EASA AMC1 FCL.115 and .210 is:

Starting Day: 28 / 08 /2023 - Ending Day: 28 / 08 /2023 (sitting August ) 1 day

 

Candidates should be at the examination center at least half an hour before their scheduled time.

If the arrival to the examination area is made 15 minutes before the examination, the examinee will be excluded from the current slot.

2. Booking instructions

Examinees must:

To declare their correct information (name, surname, email, ID number and course) as stated in their passport or ID. The exact same info must be stated in the relevant participation applications.

Examinees with omissions or different information on the application and booking page will not be accepted.

NOTICE for subjects:

010 - AIR LAW PPL/LAPL

020 - METEOROLOGY PPL/LAPL and

030 - NAVIGATION and RADIO AIDS PPL/LAPL

Candidates must reserve 2 CONSECUTIVE slots of 30 minutes

Multiple bookings of the same course on different days and times by the same applicant will result in the cancellation of ALL bookings made. In this case, the candidate will have to make new reservations for the courses he has declared in his application from the beginning.

Before the start of each exam, candidates must turn off any electronic device they bring with them and place it in the lockers area. If during the examination it is found that any electronic device is not deactivated, the examination board will disqualify the candidate.

APPLICATION
3. Candidates for participation in the examination or re-examination must submit the relative Application. For initial examination additionally they shall submit the provisioned attachments.

4. Candidates shall submit detailed appropriate documents proving all previous examination results, mentioning examination sitting and dates.

5. The application form is submitted by e-mail to: [email protected] and [email protected] and then by post: HCAA (ΑΠΑ), Flight Standards Division (A2-C Licensing Section)., 580A Building 46 of Athens International Airport, PC 190 19, Spata.

6. The deadline for receiving the application is the  16 / 08 / 2023.

EXAMINATION FEES
7. For examinations an examination fee of 15 euro per subject is needed to be submitted. *
8. For re-examinations a re-examination fee of 15 euro per reexamined subject is needed to be submitted. *
- The subjects to which the aforementioned documents refer must be clearly shown.
