Security Incident Report

1. Entities that are obliged to develop and implement a security program  (airports, air carriers, regulated agents, known consignors, regulated and known suppliers of inflight supplies and known suppliers of airport supplies, etc.) have the obligation to report security incidents to the Civil Aviation Authority in accordance with the provisions of article 1 of the attached Decision of the Governor of HCAA.

2. In the context of the promotion of "Security Culture", passengers, crews and personnel of airports and other entities may report to the Civil Aviation Authority, on a voluntary basis, information on security incidents in accordance with the provisions of article 2 of the relevant Decision.
