Any individual who carries out a civil aviation function, including but not limited to flight crew, aircraft maintenance workers, air traffic controllers and employees of an air carrier or airport, shall provide the highest reasonable standard of safety within the flight operations that it plans, provides and operates. The delivered services are safe, efficient, affordable, integrated and environmentally friendly, by identifying and minimizing those risks arising from their activities.
The Hellenic CAA shall regard the safety of flight and maintenance operations, crews, passengers, air traffic management and associated ground operations as the most important consideration.
All personnel is strongly encouraged to cooperate with the Aviation Safety Inspectors and report any maintenance, operational and organizational related errors/incidents.
