Licensing Conditions (upon request to the relevant department)

• Fees payment
• Operating license of the company from the Hellenic Police (Law 2518/1997) , in force
• Register of share holders confirming the status of ownership.
• Certificate from the prefecture or other competent authority:

                          on the composition of the Board

                         full payment of the company's capital

• Shares register from which the ownership status of the company arises.
• Tax clearance in force
• Certificates of non-declaration of the company in bankruptcy, etc.
• Nominal list of the head staff responsible in the field of aviation security services certified by the Labor Inspectorate or certified statement of the legal representative of the company in case of cooperation
• Nominal list, certified by the Labor Inspectorate, for the duly trained and certified aviation security personnel with a dependent employment relationship.
• Full insurance coverage contracts in force of:

      employer liability and professional liability including risks from acts of unlawful interference (AVN 52G).

• Copies of contracts or letters from companies  mentioning the intent for co-operation

Licensing Conditions of security screeners (upon request to the relevant department)

• Fees payment
• Permit of the Greek Police (Law 2518/1997) in force
• High school diploma (minimum) or equivalent
• Certificate of Professional Suitability
• Certificate of internship under supervision, 40 hours.
• Medical certificates:

from ophthalmologist: visual capacity of more than 20/60 in both eyes (without lenses) or more than 20/20 in one eye and more than 20/30 in the other eye (with lenses) and confirmation for not suffering from color blindness of any kind .

from ENT: normal hearing,  not lost in sounds above 30 dB at sound frequencies below 2000 Hz and

 satisfactory sense of smell in various odors.

from psychiatrist: not suffering from a mental illness and no alcohol or drugs addiction.

• A copy of the ID card, passport or other corresponding document proving E.U. member state citizenship.

Licensing Conditions of security supervisors (upon request to the relevant department)

• Fees payment
• Permit of the Greek Police (Law 2518/1997) in force
• License of Aviation Security Screener
• Certificate of training of checkpoint supervisors
• Declaration of the company for previous service in the duties of security screener for at least 15 months or exceptionally not less than 12 months.
• Certification of the company that the screener-supervisor has sufficient knowledge of English.

Licensing Conditions of security guards (upon request to the relevant department)

• Fees payment 
• Permit of the Greek Police (Law 2518/1997) in force
• High school diploma (minimum) or equivalent
• Certificate of Professional Suitability
• A copy of the ID card, passport or other corresponding document proving E.U. member state citizenship.
