The European Central Depository (ECR) contains:

1. Safety recommendations from the Safety Investigation Authorities and access to them is free to anyone interested (https://sris.aviationreporting.eu/safety-recommendations )

2. Safety incidents that are stored in the ECR by each National Aviation Authority and which are available to the other National Aviation Authorities through the ECR to maintain and improve the level of safety. This information is not available to the public.

Information on safety incidents stored in ECR by HCAA, can be disclosed upon request to the "interested parties" listed in ANNEX II of EU 376/2014, after completing relevant applications, as follows:

(a)    interested parties established in Greece submit relevant requests for information to the Safety Management and Occurrence Reporting Section of HCAA via e-mail at [email protected] or by mail to the same Section which is the "focal point" for Greece and specifically:

1. The interested parties who wish to receive safety information on a regular basis after the issuance of a relevant HCAA Governor Decision, complete, sign and send the following application form.

2. Interested parties wishing to receive specific information on an a case by case basis from Safety Management and Occurrence Reporting Section of HCAA, complete, sign and send the following application form.

(b) interested parties established in the European Union but outside Greece and interested in safety information relating to incidents in the Greek Database of Safety Incidents, shall submit relevant requests for information to the relevant "focal point" of the Member State in which they are established;

(c) Outside the European Union, address their requests to the Commission. The Commission informs HCAA for the submission of any applications.
