Submit a complaint to the HCAA

To submit a complaint to the HCAA - Air Passenger Rights Division, please e-mail at [email protected] attaching in order of priority:

  1. EU COMPLAINT FORM (you can submit exactly what you filled out for the airline)
  2. Copy of ticket
  3. Boarding pass if provided
  4. Receipts
  5. Correspondence with the airline stating the date of first contact with it and its response, if any.
  6. Any other supporting documents you think may help to better consider your request.
