Αirport Operators

Airport Operators are the entities responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of aerodromes. Safe aerodrome operations contribute to the maintenance of a high uniform level of civil aviation safety. The Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority ensures safe operations through its licensing, certification and continuous oversight activities as well as through initiatives for the improvement of existing practices or for tackling emerging issues.

Operators currently responsible for the operation of aerodromes that serve commercial air transport in Greece are:

Athens International Airport ,

Fraport Greece  (Aktion, Chania, Corfu, Kavala, Kefalonia, Kos, Mitilini, Mykonos, Rhodes, Samos, Santorini, Skiathos, Thessaloniki, Zakynthos) and

the Hellenic Aviation Service Provider -HASP  (Αlexandroupolis, Araxos, Astypalaia, Chios, Heraklion, Ikaria, Ioannina, Kalamata, Kalymnos, Karpathos, Kasos, Kastelorizo, Kastoria, Kozani, Kythira, Leros, Limnos, Milos, Naxos, Nea Achialos, Paros, Sitia, Skyros, Syros).
