Performance and Charging Scheme

The performance and charging schemes are established on the basis of Article 11 of Regulation (EC) No 549/2004 laying down the framework for the creation of the single European sky (the Framework Regulation) and Articles 14-16 of Regulation (EC) No 550/2004 on the provision of air navigation services in the single European sky (the Service Provision Regulation) respectively

Key performance indicators concerning safety, environment, capacity and cost-efficiency, they are used to set performance targets at Union and national or functional airspace block level and cover both en route and terminal air navigation services, as well as network functions.

Based on the pan-European objectives, Member States draw up their performance plans, which they submit to the Commission for evaluation. The Commission is assisted in this task by the Performance Review Body (PRB).

Today we are in the third reference period which includes the years 2020 to 2024.

 

Performance Plan of Greece for the 3rd reference period (2020-2024)

Pursuant to:

  • article 16(a) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/317 of 11 February 2019 laying down a performance and charging scheme in the single European sky  and
  • Commission Decision (EU) 2022/2421 of 5 December 2022 on the consistency of the performance targets contained in the revised draft performance plan submitted by Greece pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 549/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council with the Union-wide performance targets for the third reference period
  • Τhe adoption by the Minister of Infrastructure and transport of the Final Perfomance Plan of Greece for the 3rd reference period,

we hereby publish the Performance Plan of Greece for the 3rd reference period (2020-2024)
