Airworthiness Review Certificate

To ensure the validity of the aircraft airworthiness certificate, an airworthiness review of the aircraft and its continuing airworthiness records shall be carried out periodically in accordance with Regulation (ΕC) Nr. 1321/2014 of the Commision. An aircraft, with an EASA Certificate of Airworthiness, may not fly unless it has a valid Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC). This Certificate is issued after a successful Airworthiness Review and has a validity of one year.
