The Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA) an the Hellenic Slot Coordination Authority (HSCAO in order to proceed with the adoption of a regulation setting out the terms and conditions for the application of Article 14 of COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 95/93 of 18 January 1993 on common rules for the allocation of slots at Community airports , as amended and in force, have drown up a draft text and invite all interested parties (airport operators, air traffic service providers and air carriers)to take note of this and to submit their proposals.
