Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority Signs Framework Agreement with JAA TO to Advance Aviation Training and Competence

The Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA) is signing a landmark framework agreement with the JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO) aimed at enhancing the competencies and expertise of HCAA personnel. This partnership underscores a shared commitment to modernising civil aviation and meeting the evolving demands of the aviation sector.

The agreement is signed during a visit to HCAA headquarters in Spata/Athens, Greece, where Paula V. de Almeida (JAA TO CEO) and Christos Tsitouras (Governor of HCAA) finalise this training service agreement complementing the 2023 signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on sustainable training cooperation.

Under this collaboration, the two organisations strengthen their training relationship to optimise HCAA personnel’s capacity building and organisational effectiveness. The training aligns with the Authority’s strategic objectives of modernising aviation training infrastructure and preparing its workforce to address future challenges and opportunities.
