We inform the candidates that due to a large number of participations for the August exams, the dates and times of the exams are set as follows:

For the PPL, date 28/08/2023 and hours 07:30 – 15:00 (1 Day)

For ATPL dates:

A) 23/08/2023 – 25/08/2023 and hours 07:30 – 15:00 (3 Days)

B) 29/08/2023 – 05/09/2023 and hours 07:30 – 15:00 (6 Days)

A total of 9 days

We remind, that candidates should be at the examination center at least half an hour before the booking slot time.

We inform the candidates that on 18/08/2023 and from 18:00, the electronic process of booking slots for the exams of the PPL / LAPL and ATPL, CPL, IR August 2023 exam courses will begin

Each slot corresponds to an exam subject. For the declaration of each slot, it is necessary to fill in:

1. the name and  surname  of the candidate

2. the email of the candidate

3.  Passport or ID number

4. the course to be examined 

CAUTION!

If a candidate reserves more slots than the examined courses he has declared, the HCAA will randomly delete the extra reserved slots. When you have reserved a slot, you will be automatically notified in your email about the reservation and you can proceed up to 24 hours before the relevant exam to modify it if there is a spot available on another day and/or time.

EXEMPTIONS

Exemptions have been granted for the periods mentioned in the attached files, during which no exams took place. As a result, these periods are excluded from the calculation of the 18 months period.
