APPLICATION FORMS PPL, ATPL, CPL και IR EXAMINATION or RE-EXAMINATION

Candidates for participation in the examination or re-examination must submit the relative Application:

1. APPLICATION FORM FOR THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE EXAMINATIONS
     PART-FCL LAPL PPL / PART-SFCL SPL

2. APPLICATION FORM FOR THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE EXAMINATIONS
     PART-FCL ATPL (AEROPLANE & HELICOPTER)

3. APPLICATION FORM FOR THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE EXAMINATIONS
    PART-FCL CPL (AEROPLANE & HELICOPTER)

4. APPLICATION FORM FOR THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE EXAMINATIONS
     PART-FCL IR (AEROPLANE & HELICOPTER)

For initial examination additionally they shall submit the provisioned attachments.

Candidates shall submit detailed appropriate documents proving all previous examination results, mentioning examination sitting and dates.

100 KSA completion documentation must be provided where required.
