We inform the candidates that on 26/11/2024 and from 10:00, the electronic process of booking slots for the exams of the PPL / LAPL and ATPL, CPL, IR December 2024 exam courses will begin.

The exams of PPL / LAPL will be held from 02/12/2024 to 02/12/2024.

Each slot corresponds to an exam subject. For the declaration of each slot, it is necessary to fill in:

1. the name and  surname  of the candidate

2. the email of the candidate

3.  Passport or ID number

4. the course to be examined

CAUTION!

Dear candidates, the slot reservation process begins according to the HCAA announcement and is completed one working day before the start of the exams at 10:00 (e.g. if the exams start on Monday at 07:30’, the slot reservation process will stop the previous Friday at 10:00’).

The candidate may proceed to booking and day/time modifying, if there is an available slot on another day or time, only within the allowed booking time period.

If a candidate makes a reservation in more slots than the examined courses he has declared, the HCAA examinations dept will randomly delete the extra reserved slots without notification.

When you have reserved a slot, you will be automatically notified in your e-mail for confirmation.

EXEMPTIONS

Exemptions have been granted for the periods mentioned in the attached files, during which no exams took place. As a result, these periods are excluded from the calculation of the 18 months period.
