Costas Kefalogiannis has broad knowledge and solid expertise in corporate governance as a Board director, extensive management experience in major investment & development projects both in the Public and Private Sector and a strong track record in resolving complex business issues within demanding environments.

He served as Prime Ministers’ Special Advisor during the Greek financial crisis (4 different Prime Ministers), responsible for government monitoring and evaluation in the areas of infrastructure, transport, networks, energy, justice, privatizations, banking & state owned enterprises.

Professionally, he has served in key management positions in major infrastructure investment & development projects such as Athens 2004 Olympic Games transport infrastructure (Suburban railway, Metro & Tram), Olympic Airways relocation at «Eleftherios Venizelos» and Integrated Resort Casinos, while he was a BoD member of OSE during its structural reform, OASA, Hellenic Post, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund during its largest privatizations (Hellinikon, Regional Airports), FF Group through its financial restructuring process, Investment Bank of Greece (IBG) and Optima Bank through its business transformation, fundamentally changing the systems, processes, people and technology. He has been a Special Supreme Arbitration Courts member. He holds a B.E. in Engineering Science and a Specialization at Aerospace Engineering from Hofstra University, N.Y, U.S.A.
