Antigoni Karaghaliou joined the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority in November 2021 and was appointed Head of Air Traffic Controllers’ Licencing and Certification of ATM/ANS Training Organisations Section.
She worked for 21 years in the Hellenic Aviation Service Provider (former Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority) as an Air Traffic Controller at the Athens International Airport "El. Venizelos” Tower of Control while exercising parallel duties of Instructor, On the Job Instructor, Assessor and Quality Officer of the Directorate to which she served and participating in working groups for drafting manuals, agreements, etc.
She holds a degree in Informatics from Athens University of Economics and Business and has excellent knowledge of English, Spanish and Portuguese and good knowledge of French.
