EASA Management Board Meeting – December 2022

The EASA Management Board Meeting 2022-02 took place in the EASA Headquarters in Cologne, Germany, between the 13th and 14th December 2022. Greece, as a member of the EASA Management Board, was represented by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority Governor/DGCA, Dr. Christos Tsitouras, and the General Director of Aviation Activities, Mr. Konstantinos Karageorgis.

Issues addressed during the MB Meeting included the EPAS 2023-2027, the Single Programming Documents 2023-2025 and 2024-2026 and recent developments in the fields of environmental protection and drones. The Management Board also decided to proceeded with the financing of the “Impact analysis, prevention and management of air traffic controllers’ fatigue”.

The EASA Management Board brings together representatives of the Member States and the European Commission. The Management Board is responsible for the definition of the Agency's priorities, the establishment of the budget and for monitoring the Agency's operation.
