Efstathia Tsiouri joined the new Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority in December 2021 and was appointed Head of the newly established Section of Air Services Agreements, International Affairs and Public Service Obligations in February 2022.

She worked in the former Civil Aviation Authority for 14 years, 11 of which in the International Relations, Legal Agreements & Conventions Section, gaining significant experience in matters of international affairs, international and European legislation and civil aviation organizations. Due to a continuous engagement with almost all the individual domains of civil aviation (safety, security, facilitation, air navigation, air transport economics) she has acquired comprehensive perception of it.

She holds a degree from the faculty of Philosophy, Pedagogy & Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
